Frequently Asked Questions

Having trouble adding items to my shopping cart. What should I do?

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features such as product recommendations and storage of items in your Shopping Cart. Browser cookies must be enabled to add items to your Shopping Cart. The “Help” portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to enable cookies. If you block or otherwise reject our cookies, you will not be able to add items to your Shopping Cart, or proceed to Checkout.


What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.


Why was I charged sales tax?

We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to CA, HI, MA, MD, and TN.


Why is my credit card being declined?

If our shopping cart is not accepting your credit card, please make sure that the billing address you are entering is the same as the billing address for your credit card. We do not accept credit cards with billing addresses outside of the United States.


How do I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel or change the order prior to shipment by contacting us. If a product has shipped, please see our Return Policy to coordinate a return if necessary.


Can you delivery to APO/FPO addresses?

Since we use UPS and FedEx to ship many of our orders, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.


Can you ship internationally?

Primary Care Store will sell internationally. Contact us for details.


What are my shipping options?

We ship many orders via UPS ground or best available for your region and delivery needs. If you require next day delivery please contact us. Please see our Shipping Policy for additional information.


How do you charge shipping?

We ship to your needs, whether dock to dock, drop ship with lift gate, or lift gate with inside delivery and trash removal (white glove). To determine your shipping costs for an item(s), simply add the item to the Shopping Cart to get your freight estimate. The shipping charges will be displayed in the Shopping Cart before any credit card information is required.


I received my order, but the items are damaged?

If you receive a damaged item in your order please DO NOT return the item(s). Please Contact Us and a representative will assist you in replacing your damaged items. How do I return it? Please see our Return Policy for further instructions.
